Manager

Contact information is listed on the team’s website and TGA’s website and must be available by phone or email to answer incoming inquiries regarding membership or the Games.  Must attend the monthly Committee meetings.   The manager is required to sit on the Executive Board of Transplant Community Alliance and must ensure TTA is in compliance.  Time commitment is approximately 5-15 hours per month, depending on the time of year.

  • Attend the annual member meetings
  • Attend team activities to increase membership
  • Represent Team AZ at public events, media interviews, etc
  • Secure sponsorships for fundraising events
  • Promote Jim Click raffle ticket sales
  • Promote and attend any pop-up fundraising events
  • Receive and distribute information from TGA to members
  • Attend all TGA meetings, monthly webinars, and morning meetings at TGA

Assistant Manager

Contact information is listed on the team’s website and TGA’s website to contact with information regarding membership.  Must attend the monthly Committee meetings.  Time commitment is approximately 5-10 hours per month, depending on the time of year.

  • Attend the annual member meetings
  • Attend team activities to increase membership
  • Maintain inventory of member shirts/pins
  • Coordinate with Program Coordinator to make sure ProAuto dates are filled
  • Promote Jim Click raffle ticket sales
  • Promote and attend any pop-up fundraising events
  • Procure shirts/uniforms and pins and stay within budget
  • Plan and attend group events at the TGA

Membership Coordinator

Must attend the monthly Committee meetings. Time commitment is approximately 5-10 hours per month, depending on time of year.

  • Plan and attend the annual member meetings
  • Plan and attend team activities to increase membership
  • Coordinate with Program Director & Assistant Manager to maintain membership lists and send out email updates
  • Contact new members and personally invite them to the next event

Media Coordinator

Must attend the monthly Committee meetings. Time commitment is approximately 5-10 hours per month, depending on the time of year.

  • Write articles monthly for social media, emails, and website
  • Create press releases for each event or fundraiser
  • (You do not need to take questions from the press or do live interviews unless you want to)

Diversity Liaison

Works with Membership Coordinator to increase diversity in membership and at the Games. 

Cornea & Tissue Liaison

Works with Membership Coordinator to increase cornea and tissue recipients in membership and at the Games.
