Medical Waivers

Medical Waivers are due by June 21.  You can fax or mail in your waivers the info is at the bottom of your medical waiver form. It is recommended that you take a picture of your waiver in case you need it for verification when you check in at the Games.  Even though the deadline is June 21, Bill Ryan and team has requested you get them sent in as soon as possible so his team has adequate time to process them all.

Quarter Century Dinner

Get your tickets to the dinner if you haven’t already. They are $40.00 and almost SOLD OUT.  Don’t expect to buy a ticket once you arrive in Birmingham, get them early.
